What makes the matter worse is because you're being controlled by people's opinion concerning your life. Calm yourself down, inhale nd exhale then say to yourself ; i can overcome this. Be positive nd relax, communicate with your friends as you always do, don't think too much, do what you love most and most importantly, try to keep it simple by speaking softly, not too fast, and with relaxed mind..
