Please help me oo. My phone is M20 (5.5 inch) bought from Jumia. I did not notice it had storage issue until after using it for a month and two weeks when i needed more apps and some videos. Please see below the screen shot of the phone capacity. It's showing me that I have used 1.3gb but it's showing low in memory. Apart from that the phone is showing 4gb RAM yet I still experience low storage space. Anybody with useful information as to how this can be resolved?

The card have not been in use for like 5 months and yesterday I decided to use it but could not show that an SD card was inserted. I tried on PC, still it didn't detect it. So I decided to use another card to see if the fault is it's from the phone or PC but surprised it detected the card. Please what can I do to restore the card and my files?It's 8gb. Please assist me.

Please someone in the house should assist me. My phone storage is showing 16gb but total internal storage card based on disk usage analysis is showing 2.01gb. Please what could have gone wrong?

Please is there anyone that can give me useful info as to how I can know what consumed my phone memory? I have checked my stored apps but none seem to have a reasonable space. The internal memory is showing 16gb and I have moved every app to my SD card. I used Disk manager to check the total space and I say 2.05gb. Where is the huge space occupied? Please assist

Please anyone with good idea for me? I mistakenly deleted my phone and sd card files and efforts to recover did not yield positive result except with trial amount of $40 on recovery software. Please what can I do?
