Based on what the girl narrated to the police and the court,
The incident occurred on the second day they met. Courtney Baker, was Michael’s colleague and at work on the said day and messaged Michael requesting to hang out after work. And Micheal who was off work on that day drove all the way from his house to pick up Courtney and both went for a drink at the pub. The CCTV at the pub showed that Courtney ordered 2 shots of alcohol and collected it directly from the bar man. Michael did not give her or pressurised her to drink. Both were captured to have taken 2 shots each. And both appeared to have a good time. From the pub, Michael drove past his suburb to Courtney’s suburb and when she was to get down, she suggested they go to Michael’s house because her room was dirty. So Michael drove to his house. During the drive to Courtney’s house and Michael’s house, they were already having sexual talk and when they entered, she claimed they had sex without her verbal consent. ( she actually meant an express request)

When asked if she was forced, she replied “no”, and when asked if she withdrew consent, she said there was no consent given, so there can’t be withdrawal, and she just played along.
Meanwhile, Michael said they both agreed verbally in the car ,and she extended a kiss to him even before they arrived at his house, Courtney was actively participating in the sexual act, and she even gave him a blow-job. Courtney responded again to that she was just “playing along”.

Mind you, there’s CCTV at the exterior of Michael’s house which was analysed at arrival and return of the couple, showed that there no evidence of distress on this girl – Courtney. However, they refused to play it in court for the jury.

According to the landlord, who is a white British man in his early 50s, he was in the living room downstairs when they arrived, and they briefly greeted him. They went upstairs, and Courtney returned shortly to use the toilet. When she returned from the toilet, her pantyhose was removed, and it was presumed they had sex after that. Then she came downstairs again to the toilet, probably to clean up. At that point, she stayed more with the landlord and chatted for an extended period before Michael joined them and both left.
On their way from Michael’s house, Courtney changed her destination stating, she wanted to go to her aunt’s house rather than hers, Michael agreed. On their way, Michael stopped at a fuel station to fuel his car, and Courtney sat quietly in the car and did not alert anyone. After fuelling the car, police stopped Michael for driving too slow on the highway and that was when Courtney ran away, and Michael was shocked, that did she have an exhibit with her or what?. And that was when the rape narrative emanated.

*The police took her for forensic test, and it came back inconclusive as there was no evidence of forceful entry.
* Police followed Michael to his house to move his things and got the landlord to be a witness for the girl, banning Michael from having any contact with both the girl and the landlord. Yet the landlord came forward to say the truth.
* When asked if she was forced, or if Michael was violent, she said “no” but he didn’t ask for consent.

* when asked that, at what time did she decide to “play along” , then she started crying because she was playing along right from the start.
*it was proven that Michael was sitting while she gave a Mouth Action. She was then asked if she was forced but she burst into tears and could not answer that,

* she was also asked how she expected Michael to know she didn’t want it because there was no sign of pushing, saying no, or freezing;( no flight or freeze sign to could indicate non-consensual). She was not stiffened up. She did not resist at any point in time. And she actively initiated a kiss during the drive, and she said she was already playing along then.

*When asked why she didn’t feel comfortable asking the landlord for help she could not answer that.
* also admitted lying to Michael about her age, lying to be 5-yrs older than her real age.

She also said she was a virgin but was contradicted by 2 of her own witnesses that she’s been a rape victim before, but she lost the cases.
I believe Michael was unlucky to have met this girl whose uncle is a police officer.
Now Courtney would be paid nothing less than £50k for winning case. Na money she dey target.

What her lawyer held on to was that she was drunk, but the truth is that the CCTV at the exterior of the house and the pub showed otherwise. Also, she knew her own limit and ordered her drink. She was not forced.
So if she was truly raped, do you think they would have given him just 5 yrs sentence, whether or not he’s a first-time offender?

these oyinbo police shield their own by not mentioning the girl's name and they put picture and address of the nigerian despite the fact that they know the case is far from over. but our nigerian decide to publish without critical analysis or investigation.

in this abroad a nigeria man went to prison because a girl said she withdrew her consent when the man already penetrated but had not ejaculated. and the man begged to ejaculate before stopping. the court found him guilty and sent him to prison.

With all Courtney's story during the drive and giving blow-job in the house, it shows she consented to it.
