how can a whole senator speak like that? you legalize gone then chaos will be the order of the day. everyone's life will be in danger, the moment you quarrel or fight a person the next thing you do is to get your gun and shoot. there will be complete breakdown of law and order, the police, army and other law enforcement agencies won't be able to curb or control the general population, there would be anarchy.
