Hello everyone. I want to bring to your notice the unfair treatment and unprofessional behavior the above exchanger has melted to me within the past few days. On 24th of December, I was looking to cash some of my bitcoins for cash to spend during this festive period. I then logged on to nairaex.com which has always been my fav exchanger, I got a message that all trades were suspended till 27th of Dec. Knowing fully well I needed the money from the next day, I came on here to search for another exchanger and that was when I found TRUEXGOLD ad. I went to their website and called their phone number 09096196821. I inquired if they would credit my account same day for a bitcoin sell order and they said yes. Then I went back to website, created the order which was 0.88 worth of bitcoin for N360,000. I then called their number again and was told to go on to transfer bitcoins as I would receive funds to my Zenith account. I waited for a couple hours after the transfer which was before midday and when I didnt receive any credit transaction, I started calling the number which was already switched off my then. I felt really hard done by thinking why would these people conduct themselves in such manner when they knew they were not going to fulfill same day funding. Immediately, all plans for christmas days yuletide began to crush at my feet. All forms of contact with truexgold was unsuccesful. When I sent whatsapp messages, they would deliver but he wont reply. I came on his thread here and complained. He only got to reply yesterday evening and said all pending transactions were going to be completed yesterday evening. I waited and still didnt get any money in my account. Today 28th, i logged back on the website too see my transaction had been cancelled. I went back to my bitcoin wallet, no refund. My zenith account, no credit transaction. I wrote on his thread here and eventually managed to catch him online on whatsapp. He then went on to deny receiving funds. After I sent him multiple proofs he changed words and said my wallet changed the address when sending bitcoins out. The most important thing was that this guy received bitcoins yet he didnt acknowledge it. Later he made it seem like he was doing me a favour that since nobody else was claiming the amount, he would pay me. But before paying me, i should fill in my profile info. I did this with exception of dob because i couldn't navigate to year on my phone. Next thing he said I should upload my ID. I was going to snap my NYSC ID for him before he started giving me list of acceptable ID by him. I wasn't going to be pushed around by this monster next thing he started calling me a hacker then scammer.I have sold to naira4dollar.com instagold.ng and nairaex.com No one asks for ID when you are selling bitcoins. Most exchangers only do kyc when you are buying online. As thus I would like this truexgold.com man to answer the following questions:

1. Why did he lead me on to transfer bitcoins to him when he knew he wasn't going to pay the same day as promised?
2. Why didnt he indicate he was going to be on holidays and all tradings suspended like nairaex.com?
3. Why did he refuse to acknowledge payment this morning and cancelled my transaction when his own screenshots actually show he received 0.88btc that day?
4. He should also state how many people created a sell order for the same amount?
5. He claimed I'm a hacker. How did I create same order amount just before he received same amount to his wallet?
6. He admitted in our chats that some wallet providers change address when sending out and that he received money. Why is he denying receiving funds all over again.
7. Why does he have to see ID when I'm selling to him. I have never had to show ID for over 100 sell orders to 4 other different exchangers. Why is his own different and why is an NYSC ID not enough at most?
8. If he is insisting I didnt send him 0.88btc and wont pay or issue refund then who sent him the 0.88btc his wallet shows he recieved?
9. Lastly, is this what I should get for not fulfiling my order since 24th?

I just logged in now to see status of my transaction has changed to cancelled. Why? What's happening? You didn't pay money or refund bitcoin and yet you cancelled transaction. Why are you people behaving like this for God's sake?

I have been writing on whatsapp and chats got delivered. Did you even read talk more of reply? Nairaex indicated trading was suspended until 27th and I wasn't ready to wait that long that's why I contacted you people and you led me on. It's 28th now and still no money. This is wickedness at its peak.

Up till now, no number is going through. No credit alert. If you were going on holidays why didn't you just say it? Why did you lead me on to send bitcoin to you when you know you're not going to pay? I'll never ever do business with your guys again because no reasonable exchanger behaves this way.

This was the same day funding you promised when I called yesterday to inquire if you were going to credit my account for a bitcoin sell order. Up till now, no credit alert. You really need to be straightforward in your dealings. How can I call you two times to be sure you'll fulfill order same day only for your lines to turn unreachable later in the day after you had received bitcoins for hours.

The 120,000 seems to be the most important thing in his life right now and doesn't care about the pup whatsoever. He would rather let it die than have to return the money. As such I'll let the money go hoping that the pup will eventually find a suitable home.

Everything you've written confirms that all you were interested in was the money. The dog is already in Ibadan where you are so if you have any conscience left in you, go and pick her up, refund my money and patiently wait for a client that asks you for a Caucasian. You didn't answer any of all the questions I asked you correctly. You misled me and not until I kept on repeating I had sent her back, you were not replying my messages or picking my calls. This is so much wrong written in your conduct so far. My satisfaction should have been your target but you made me get a dog that does not fit in all of the preferences I stated. Shame on you.

I accept whatever you have to say to me. But as you know, we sometimes depend on the wrong people to enlighten us. I believe in people talking from experience which I expected he had first hand of. That I didn't know is never enough reason for me to be led on in such manner. It's very wrong.

With what the op said,some people who are trying to get a pup from bobbysaxy might start to reconsider doing business with him.

I made a mistake that will never ever happen again. When someone misleads you to obtain money whatsoever, it's a scam. I expected that he was trustworthy and credible person

Hello everyone. Yesterday, 11th November, 2016. I came to the pet section looking to buy a puppy. Somehow, I noticed Bobbysaxy had many posts of many dogs on here so I took him to be a reputable breeder and thus contacted him. He asked me what breed I wanted and I told him I was undecided. I then told him I wanted a breed that will be indoors. Then he advised me to get his female caucasian he wanted to sell for 150k. I know the challenges of keeping a puppy indoors and I am not a fan of locking up dogs in cages so I asked if I would get a potty trained dog, he said YES! I asked severally, he said YES. I asked how destructive, he led me on, saying she's not. I also asked if the pup was pedigree, he said he he imported the mother from Russia and so on. All these happened on whatsapp which i'll be attaching screeshots. He then called me to convince me again to pay for the puppy after which I evntually transfered 120,000 to him. Fastforward to receiving the pup, she looks completely different from the video he sent to me, very skinny, wasn't potty trained from all indications because she has broken the house several times and is really destructive. Also, I have realized this breed is more of an outdoor breed. After telling Bobbysaxy all these things and revealing my intention to reutrn the pup to him, he wasnt willing to coperate. Instead he insisted he isn't going to pick her up, refund me and has suddenly become very rude. Meanwhile, I proceeded to send the pup back to Ibadan to him. Attached are the screenshots.
