For an item like this, it's easy to get lost in transit. They are not returning it anywhere and I'm almost certain that the sender will not be getting back the package they sent. It has been stolen.

Bro thank you, I've suspected a foul play already because whenever I call their helpline they kept saying they have no information about what the problem that I should keep calling. Please I want to know if going to their office at Ikeja would get it resolved or I wouldn't mind if u can help with any contact in Nipost I would appreciate bro...
