The Pastry business is a take out and home delivery model and is run from the same location as the lounge with an outdoor cart also because of being in an area with high foot traffic which has been successful for two years with no loss of profits on inventory except minimal damage of goods especially the flour based ones or perishable vegetables. I pointed it out because that is the loss which is caused by the lack of equipment I hinted at. With for instance an average size of chiller for extra storage will eliminate this problem. My planned proposal covers aspect of having a separate location for expansion and processing of raw materials into finished products which will all be edible foods based and Pastry products.

The smallest commodity on the menu currently is sold at 3500 naira and that is about 800naira profit per Unit of each item sold which makes it lucrative.

Recently having gotten more training myself and expertise on how to produce/turn raw material to finished products ourselves instead of purchase is going to make the profit significantly higher. my plan of escalating the business is to start the production and distribution of items in high demand to others in the same business while also building it into a brand for consumers by adding more options to the menu of what we sell.

As for the revenue due to how sensitive the information is to share. I will simply say if the total cost of production is 500k, after sales the total revenue from sales of finished products is at 900k to 1m and this is based on rotational 12 days turn over so in a month there will be 3-4 turn overs for the selling period, PS: this isn't a business that depends on festive seasons because as long as everyone can be hungry as human there is always demand for who needs or buys what.

With my proposal it aims to achieve my desired result on a much more bigger scale because from the recipes being unique to increasing the business by focusing heavy on production and distribution of certain products which I will mention privately there is no how the business model will suffer any loss under thus structure.

I am an economist by degree and also a good chef so most of my knowledge comes from preaching what I practice. I only need funds to grow bigger and generate a solid ROI to any investor who finds me worthy, it is an already existing business so it makes it easier to skip the hassle of trying to start from foundation. I am a software developer, I just concluded a software application in the category of social network.
You know, when ever Internet user enters any Internet platform to browse, were ever they visit or what ever they do can be traced through their digital footprints on the platform. These digital footprints (Big Data) is what the Internet giants captures and use it to make wealth.

So what this application will do is to enable users to capture the digital footprints by themselves and sell it to the platform, while the platform use the data to sell adverts.
With this the users makes good money while the platform makes so much money online.

The application is built and tested. We just need funds for distribution (marketing).

If we can talk, we are set to give out equity.

How many days is your loan model and also how do you intend to secure your funds. Repayment is always the hardest part when it comes to loan business and you cannot predict how your customers will act, either they will pay or not. How do you intend to manage this? Also, how does this improve the situation of the state and the country as a whole?

I work in Company with about 200 staffs and nearly half of them are customers to all these loan apps with ridiculous charges.

I am thinking of setting up a pay day loan with a flat interest of 20% i.e, if you take #5,000, you pay back #6,000 any day salary is paid instead of the ridiculous #8,000 they pay to Sokoloan for a 14 days loan.

We just need to set up an App or a website where payments and repayments could be authorize. I don't know much about how Fintechs operate but I have willing customers.
