The process of processing potatoes into flour is the same method you used in processing yam into flour. The machines required in processing yam into flour is also the same machines required to process potatoes into flour. Therefore you can do yam flour and potatoes flour in one industry . So please read the process of yam again and you will get that of processing potatoes into flour
