The said parcels of land are that cheap because they are still with their original owners(families). The N300,000/acre parcels are just after the polytechnic. There are portions right beside the road and also inside. They are suitable for industry, farming, construction etc. Even Dangote's staff in Ibese lodge in Ilaro as there are no standard housing at Ibese for now. They can also be simply held for some years as those areas are devoid of greedy land grabbers/omo oniles. They could appreciate to about N500,000 per PLOT within a year according to our projection.

you are just hiking your prices here just because a few people have asked about it.
I noted this thread a while ago only to come back and see you hike prices. Speechless.

This is not the only avenue through which we advertise and we are not the only firm to which the family entrusted d land.

The land has been appreciating because people (including heavy weights) have been buying it. Even Jide Taiwo is now dealing in that region.

An acre in Ilaro which now goes for N400,000- N600,000 used to cost N40,000 6 months ago. Pls see my thread titled 'Why You Must Invest in Ogun NOW.'
