Bros that's something simple noooow, just get a mini web design software (like frontpage) then design a good stuff putting all pictures of the properties u wish to sell there then go ahead to buy a domain and host it.

With less than 2k u will get your website running like www.yourpreferredname.com and then visit any online newspaper e.g punch, thesun, vanguard. Just visit their "contact us" section then they will tell you what to do.
