Ole has probably finish the myth that is the modern day Mourinho. Mourinho's tactic worked very well for him in the past but started to his time at Real - too many stars and player power and social media has increased to disrupt the sort of managerial styles of Maureen and even Alex Ferguson. Even Fergie felt player power with Beckham and he never had too many outright star players - he had his home grown hungry and united players.

Having said the above, today, Man United played a Mourinho style and were lucky to get the win; save for the goal keeper. The only different is that they showed more heart and grown out the result. Where is the fast flowing attacking play they accuse Mourinho of not having. The players did not show enough to Maureen to allow them to have a free reign on the pitch. Mo squeezes team and then allow his player to unleash - not unleash them and then try to hold on like today.
