I think it has been said times without number that one should stick to .com at least for a start.
But you can choose to go with other extentions if you so wish. It's up to you.

You can only use one market name servers at a time but can list in many markets.

For the how to change nameservers, it's unique to each market.

The reason you seem not to get reply to your questions is simply because it has been treated before on one of the pages

But you can start with web research ... just make sure you create two seperate gigs .... one for market research and the other for virtual assistant ( I'm into seo and web search .... there's a lot of money to be made if you mean business)
