Don't mind them, some of them do preach what they don't have courage to do offline. Anytime a guy bring issue to social media, everyone suddenly becomes "no nonsense guy".

What he did is wrong, I know how many time my wife or even relatives do called me whenever I was in such situation. I can't even let my wife phone rest if she in that kind of condition, though I can feel less bothered during the day but not when it is late in the night.

Tell her to quit make up if she can. Let her do it occasionally, those chemicals just ends up making one look older. She can also do more of braiding than using wigs all the time. Wigs makes women look older than their age. Does she watch her diet ? What about working out ? It can also be her nature and there is nothing you can do about it

That no stop me from putting my phone silent or on plane mode if I want to sleep. I can't have hectic day and still can't rest well for 2morrow's work because of phone call.

It's good to rest but learn how to pick your calls, you never can tell when one is trying to save you from danger . The country is messy ..Even if you just had an argument with someone and the person calls in a space of a minute, pick up please. Life itself is full of mystery. I do switch of my phones while sleeping years back but after it almost cost me something important,I learnt to leave my phones on while sleeping. Its better I pick and know the reason for the call
