The picture of the application letter which have gone viral revealed that, the applicant has passion for teaching, and intended to attain the position of a teacher.

The said application letter wouldn't have been found in the middle of discussion, if not for the use of English that left people wondered if he actually graduated from University.

Does it has any effect if one fail to submit transcript before entrance exam or probably before resumption?
