Just know the content of each documents you’re submitting, especially school and accommodation documents and also financial documents, and be prepared for any random question about your reason for studying in Poland.

Hello guys, i was denied for number 8 and 10 reasons. Do i need to appeal this as i realized that the age factor and school resumption date may be the reason for number 10, but i am still confuse of the number 3. I submitted the following financial document:
1. Sponsor's credit card cert with limit of 11,340,000.
2. Sponsorship letter (notorized)
3. 3 months payslip of the sponsor
4. confirmation of appointment of the sponsor.
5. credit card of 3,200,000 on my own name.
6. Affidavit of sponsorship.

Kindly advise, how can i appeal the reasons: number 3 and 8.

Sorry to hear about this, in your application form did you tick self sponsor or by a sponsor?

My school is in Poznan. My annual school fees is 6,000PLN (1 yr was waived for me), hostel fee is 800PLn.
This is how I ticked it

This expenses is something 5M can cover, Which bank did you get your CC from? And hope your sponsorship letter was notarised.

I submitted everything listed for the visa application.
Sadly, I was denied visa based on insufficient funds (I used 5M CC). Although my department offered me 1 year free tuition, which they gave me a doc as proof and I submitted it to the embassy. Yet I was denied based on funds.

Now, I want to know how I can appeal this and how much I will need to augment it.
Please help me sir.

So sorry to hear this, that amount seems good enough.Your school is in which city? And how much is your annual tuition and monthly rent ? And also did you tick the appropriate box on your application form on the financial section?
