Turnover-based fines are rare, and lawyers usually can reduce them quite a bit. This is why every such fine makes headlines.. |
Given how often Paypal blocks transactions due to “suspicions” - they certainly care. After all, even large corporations can still be fined on a regular basis, and they don’t want to lose money in this way. |
Generally, card integration requires much closer work with regulators and banks. Most wallet developers simply don’t want to deal with this. |
Piksel:well, in their new promotion, they lowered the threshold quite a bit - to 1 thousand. So, the bonus is quite a lot bigger in relative terms. |
By the way, Quppy’s latest promotion is simply great - eliminating (even for a limited time) deposit and withdrawal fees feels amazing. |
It is not only about making crypto civilized. The higher the share of people using crypto via platforms with KYC, the easier it is to monitor and control them, |
Piksel:Well, even though quppy is not a full-fledged bank yet, it has come awfully close. I suspect that loans are on the agenda today. .. |
And quppy continues to work on their legitimacy. Named users’ accounts, just like in traditional banks - even the most “financially conservative” people should like that.. |
‘get rich quick” in my opinion, is the marketing ploy that brought the most trouble to crypto. It attracts both scammers and their victims, as well as the regulators.. |
Callsuffer:yeah. While I don’t like government’s control as a whole, given the facts that have emerged, I don’t see any alternative to regulation. |
Well, given what we see happening with crypto exchanges now it is good that Quppy keeps somewhat lower profile than most crypto projects. |
Probably you’re right. However, there is also a possibility, that Quppy’s team doesn’t want to overload their app. We don’t know yet, how scalable it is. |
I genuinely believe that there are some companies (Quppy is one of them) that will actively avoid overhyping even when the market recovers. |
it’s not the first crisis on the crypto market and not the last. After a few months we will see a recovery, after a year or two - new all time high. We’ve seen that before and I don’t really see any reason why this one will. |
I must admit, while I had my reservations earlier, Quppy gradually becomes my go to application when it comes not only to everyday crypto use, but also to DeFi |
I'm afraid that Quppy playing around with the idea of bridging fiat not only with crypto in general, but also specifically with DeFi (i mean the recent TRX addition) will attract some unwanted attention from politicians. |
I suspect that the coming few months will be really hot not only for Quppy, but for the entire industry. |
The most interesting part, in my opinion, is that they didn’t announce the card release. Basically, they do more than they promise. |
Well, I’ve got great news for you - https://www.facebook.com/quppyPay/posts/2896882690621816 |
Hey guys, have you checked the new quppy stickers? They look pretty dope. https://www.instagram.com/p/CVsGaP2Anhn/ |
Error link, there is nothing there. But I'll write on my own behalf, I have no problems with losing weight. Who wants to lose weight - the solution is simple, just skip breakfast. Eat only 1 time for lunch and one more time for dinner. After 2-3 weeks, you will see the result. |
SWIFT isn’t that surprising, to be fair. I bet that adding IBAN accounts was even more difficult. |
Well, it looks like people in quppy aren’t naive at all. The addition of dollar accounts was a great move. |
Well, Quppy is quite a nice wallet even without it. Besides, that would get even more users if they got away from cooperation with banks. |
It is clear that there will be some kind of government, but I do not really like it when “freedom-oriented” services actively cooperate with these governments. |
Well, given that there is no way around KYC, I think Quppy’s approach is quite reasonable. |
I don’t think that KYC will ever go away. It may change its form, but it will be enforced still. |
Government officials are always bad at their jobs, but they can enforce their rules, however stupid they may be. |
You have probably a big house and a very bad neighbors? ) |
If tax officials are bad at their job - why should I suffer and spend lots of time on verifications and stuff? |
You poured oil 20w-50 - is a viscous oil, it is poured into a technique-type tractors. You have to cover the said oil 5w20 - is a low viscosity oil for modern cars. Urgent replace the oil, and before that the engine wash the old oil. But if that is knocking, you may need repair. |
