Why not start by greeting their parents, cuz it won't take away anything from you. You won't die if you do that.

there is no "fault" or "innocence" in simple courtesy, its either you decide to do it or you dont.

you dont weigh "whether to greet or not" as if planetary alignment is waiting on the decision.

its not that big a deal unless you've been fighting before, in which case it might be understandable.

they are simply trying to turn the family members against each other, that's all.

So in your line of thought, it's a gang up. I understand your point but I didn't recall reading where OP said they tried to turn her family against her.

Nonetheless, does OP, greet their parents? Because snubbing elders could be one big reason why children of such people will choose to snub the OP too..

- don't you think you might/may have snubbed one or more of them before, even when they tried speaking to you? Am a kind of person that no matter how pretty a lady is, if I try talking to her the first time and she snubs me, that's the end. Maybe they are that kinda guys and you won't blame them cuz not everyone can take public embarrassment.

- have you considered maybe you have some other unpleasant attitudes that turn people off? If you do, then it may be one of the reasons people snub you.

- another question (a bit close to the one I quoted below) is, have you ever made any attempt to talk to them, maybe when they are gisting with your siblings? Like you moving over to where they (neighbor and sibling) are and talking to them. I asked this because if you feel like you're a girl and therefore all persons must talk to you first, then I don't think you have any problem bothering about them also snubbing you.

- are you an introvert while your siblings are extroverted?
