A man was staring at my hair every time he walked past me at an occasion...And then he eventually looked at it lustfully.

What could that mean?

A woman and I were sitter together on the same table at an event. She was seated with her two children. She was at the edge of the table and gave me the food that was served. After a short time, I stood up to leave and she looked elsewhere like we were in a fight.

Hi all, my next door neighbors are Nigerians and their son would park right in front of my house and he would be fooling around. For example, he would be doing the "boxing" thing boys usually do and then look at my window. And then he will go on to continue discussing with his friends and then go back to stare at my window again.

This is so weird, why is he doing this?
