Career / Professional Opinions On IHS Tower, T-SAP (technical Skills Acquisition Program) by Mamamia27: 10:39am On May 05, 2018
Hi everyone,

Am a graduate of Mechanical Engineering but I currently work in a non Engineering related field (just two months ago) which I don't really find challenging or leading me to anywhere on the long run. Now I just gained admission to University of Ibadan to study M.Sc Systems Engineering option which am thinking of quitting my job probably end of this month in a bid to either stick to Engineering/develop interest in IT field. But then, I got a message some days ago from a senior colleague that he can help with the IHS Tower T-SAP scheduled to commence some time this month in Abuja/Asaba.

Now, have reached a conclusion that am gonna be quitting my job for the M.Sc which have paid for the acceptance fee and also cleared for admission but the T-SAP is also a thing I must put in my consideration before paying the tuition fee. Some are paying the tuition fees already. My questions now goes thus;
1. Can anyone tell me more about the T-SAP and the benefits it entails?
2. Is it professionally sound to let go of the M.Sc that the tuition is expected to close anytime soon in a bid to go for the T-SAP?
3. After the 6months training, is it sure that one would be employed and if yes, is it a full time employment?
4. Does it make any sense to stick to the M.Sc whereas I can easily start a career with the T-SAP?

Pls share your thoughts and experience regarding this. Thank you so much in anticipation.
