Mambi leave this issue. Ka3na was making food and causing fight with it. People rebelled and she left and everyone started making their own food. She even got evicted early so people really didn’t eat her food for long. Most of the time people were making their own food. I have never watched a season where the whole house depended on one person’s cooking. Some of them are not even being true to themselves and the housemates. The other day JMK said the noodles WM made tasted weird and Jackie b agreed. If JMK didn’t say it, everyone will be eating like they actually love the food. Same thing Sammie was making noodles and it looked hard and Pere said oh so you self like noodles wey no too soft and Sammie said yes. Apparently WM noodles is always soggy so I really don’t get it but make them do as they want. I want Pere to leave it. Soon enough fight go still occur later.

Biggie changed modus of providing food. They are having to buy the food with abeg Naira. I think this has affected the quantity of food available..

Have you ever worked in a structured organisation? Have u ever heard of business contingency and continuity plan. You cannot structure any set up to rely on just one individual. It is foolish because disruptions are expected to happen and they wouldn't give u notice.

So what happens if something happens and WM leaves the house? What then?

You are learned fellow....I expect you to be quite thoughtful on this....

Tetes please!!! Contingency planning and continuity planning does not lead to stopping someone from being a star in a particular department. It simply means that you train others so that if something happens to the original performers, there are plans and replacement personnel to step in without causing disruptions to the business. Business models like their star performers and will treat them as such so that the business continues to thrive.

Pere did not get people in to support and learn from WM before transference of power.. As a matter of fact, he carried out a survey and found out that he could not get a confident replacement. But because of his personal ish and the power he had, he went ahead to replace a competent person with non competent people.

The business just crumbled because of that poor decision.

The good thing is that this is not a business model though so there is entertainment attached to the resulting chaos…

I remember how we used to laugh at house cooks and cleaners.. All of a sudden, this old strategy is now feared….

The reality is that Pere used the house under his control for personal vendetta.. And the house have finally cottoned on to the fact…. But will anyone of them be brave enough to revolt?

I think Maria was also warning him about his latest plan of creating shopping and cooking clusters but he does not want to hear…

Pere just take a vote. If the housemates want WM to go back to the kitchen then just let him go back to the kitchen. If he will win he will and if he won’t, he won’t. I seriously don’t understand why people sit around and wait for one person to make their meals. Meanwhile most of them there make their meals themselves when they are at home.

The problem is that if individuals enter to make food for themselves, then the food does not last as long. And not everyone knows how to cook for many people at a time.. That’s why they are reluctant to engage..
