It pays not to be greedy.Look for good middle man to harvest the fruits and sell to buyers.The middle man understands the market.You watch him harvest the fruits and sell to buyers.The buyers pay to you and later you give him a percentage.I paid my middle man 10% and he worked in my absence to make me succeed in the business. |

Most watermelon growers can succeed in the rainy season because of less diseases and well experience growers in the dry season with a lot of diseases. |

There are wild animals that feed on watermelon when ripe. I used dry grass and cover the big fruits and kept vigil in my farm till morning. You will keep vigil moving around if not, you will cry in the morning |
