My Samsung galaxy note 3 does not power on anytime I try to insert another battery or switch off. It only turns on after I insert a charger. The power button works well but it just won't turn on each time I power off or try to insert another battery. A charge must take place before the phone can successfully be powered on.

What could be the cause? Engineers here are confused.

I went to Alaba international to fix my gionee x1s battery, I bought the battery and I paid the engineer to get it fixed after everything my phone refused to turned on.
