This ban will affect Niger state, the governor should check the population of Niger state then check the amount of food that is being sold out to other states.

Niger state is one of the highest producers of yam, maize, soya beans, wheat and guinea corn.. imagine halting its sales to states that converts it to final product, the state IGR will drop massively, commercial farmers might start looking for other options like relocation.
