Please i really need urgent help, for over a month plus now, I've been noticing and unusual skin growth on my gen.itals (a.nus and pen.is).

It started with one on my pe.nis, now it's speaking over my an.us around the ho.le in my n.yash. please what could this infection be, name, toilet, STI or from where? 😢

I checked online, it's suggesting gen.ital watts, etc, please i need medical advice and possible causes and treatments.
