Group Head, Business Development



Responsibilities:



· Define overall strategic objectives of the business, preparing yearly financial budgets and business plans

· Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit

· Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall corporate objectives.



Requirements:



· Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in sales with a special exposure to the banks and other financial institutions.

· Visit merchants location once a week.

· Makes sure the POS machines are in good working conditions

· Check the GPRS availability on POS machines

· Reports any information to the head office

· Attends to complaints from merchant

· Develop and maintain contacts with existing and potential merchants to promote sales and deliver value to customers.

· Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector, for company’s products and services

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales with a special exposure to the banks and other financial institutions.

· Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

· Aggressive self starter who can operate both individually and in a team

· Must be able to ride a motorcycle

· Male

· 25-30 years of age

· Lives within this area (Ibeju-Lekki, Eti-Osa, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Ikeja, Somolu, Surulere, Kosofe, Isolo, Apapa, Amuwo, Ajeromi/Ifelodun and Ojo).

Chief Security Officer

Tasks Include:



· Maintenance of other forms of computer security and in charge of the physical and digital security in the workplace.

· Competent in incidence reporting and investigation of breaches. Accurate reporting of incidents of all kinds, physical, digital or regulatory.

· Ensures that the company’s buildings are equipped with functioning alarm systems and also put in place measures to protect the physical safety of employees and visitors.

· Responsible for educating employees about security and safety

· Developing & administering security policies

· Advise on emerging security issues & assessing impact on the business

· Supervise external security service providers

· Conduct security related training

· Liaise with law enforcement agencies

· Managing access & controls

Investigation activities

Requirements:

· First degree in any discipline

· Minimum of 5 years experience as least a Chief Security Officer of a large organization

· Not more than 40 years old

Envelope Machine Technician

Tasks include the following on W & D machine:

• Tends machine that forms plain and window envelopes from paper rolls or precut blanks.
• Loads stack of blanks into rack of feed mechanism or positions roll of paper on machine rack, using hoist, and threads paper (web) through machine.
• Observation of the progress of blanks and web through cutting, gluing, folding, and drying units.
• Inspect envelopes for quality of folding, sealing, and glue application.
• Ability to count periodically to verify accuracy of mechanical counter.
• Ability to set up, operate and carry out repair work on the machine
• Design, set up and monitors operation of machines and provides instructions to other workers on how to operate and maintain the machinery.
• Carry out support functions such as preventive maintenance and calibration of machinery.

Qualification:
• Certificate in any technical course
• 3-5 years practical experience on envelope manufacturing machine.
