Not having accurate data and demographics for proper planing shortchanges you, you either waste money in one area or shortchange and deny other areas because you don't have data, it's like walking blind folded in the dark.

What other nations do to facilitate development and adequately plan for their citizens shouldn't be a bad thing when it comes to your own people.

We saw a president who will always throw money at the senators and honorables just to get his way.
We saw a president who spent one year out of three years outside the country on state visits.
We saw a president who fights those who do not agree with him but shields those who will always say yes to him. We saw a president who spent billions of dollars on power stations but could not complete one.
We all saw the politics that was played for him to come back the third time and possible make himself a life president.
