Thanks for the information, i don't want to set my hopes high and get it dashed at the embassy. How do i apply for the waiver? before the interview or after?

I don't know the specifics of your case, but of course we will know that you applied with a fake passport. And yes, you will likely need a waiver. This can all be discussed at your immigrant visa interview because a lot of factors depend on what is stated during the interview.

Since it would be found out that i used fraudulent documents/passport in the past, no need wasting my time and money going for medical/police report since you will still deny the immigrant visa.

I applied for a non immigrant visa with a fake passport(look alike)and was denied 7 years, will it be found out by the embassy during my immigrant visa interview coming up soon?, do I need a waiver to clear the non immigrant denial? and how long does it take to get the waiver?
