I have noticed that there has been no PPR rain from the London Visa Office over the past 2-3 Months...am I mistaken or have some good folks received PPR from LVO?

I am new to this thread and I have gained a lot in this short period. I have an issue which I would like the elders in the house to kindly proffer an answer or solution to. I and my wife have applied under the express entry program to immigrate to Canny - April Aor (almighty LVO). We have recently been blessed with a son. My son was given birth to in Toronto, Canada and therefore a Canadian citizen. The question therefore is: since my son is Canadian, do I still have to inform IRCC that there is an addition to the family?
