You need at least 6 months of continuous, full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience in a single occupation listed under the healthcare category within the past 3 years.
If your work experience is up to 6 months or more and within the last 3yrs (counting back from today), then you're good. Note that it has to be among the healthcare occupation listed under the category.

Evening sire and everyone pls i completed my nysc since 2022 under a school. can i use that for express entry french draws?

I have another experience managing building construtions for two years. no cac. payments was done through my personal account.
