Hi gsleek,
I am midway into the recruitment process for a Personal Banker Vacancy with STANBIC.
For clarifications, I have passed the test and waiting for the next phase of Interview/EXCO chat.
I am still 26years of age and have approximately 2years related work experience (I.e 1year as an outsourced staff in a Tier-1 commercial bank, and currently on my 7th month as full staff in a Top 3 Microfinance bank).
In preparation for the next phase (s) of the recruitment process, which of course I expect will include; Grade Level and Salary negotiations, I need your advice with regards to realistic Salary range & Grade Level I should accept for my skills, qualifications and years of experience. I do not intend to price myself out of consideration, and neither do i intend to undervalue myself.
I have been hearing of so many confusing grade levels in the bank such as ET, BTA-1, BTA-2, ABO-1, ABO-2, etc.
Kindly note I graduated with a 2:2.
