A MAN’S DILEMMA
An hour glass shaped woman or a cold sizzling bottle of beer which would a man choose? We live in a society where a man’s prowess is determined by the amount of alcoholic contents he gulps down, where drunkenness has become a norm and the sales of beer is higher than that of water. As a matter of fact, there could be a high tendency for a man in love with the bottles to choose its contents over a living being as there is a debate as to what a man would choose if faced with the option of choosing between an hour glass shaped woman or a cold sizzling bottle of beer.
Most homes have been broken, divorce on the increase, job loss a daily occurrence all as a result of the aftermath of excess intake of alcohol. Men who are guilty of this act are advised to empty the contents of the bottles into the ocean, clink their heels and say ‘’I need a life’’. Do not get it twisted, no one is saying you can’t unwind by taking few gulps of beer, no one is asking you to destroy the little bar shelf you have in your home, and as a matter of fact it’s cool. It is quite hilarious to hear ardent alcoholics quote the biblical injunction ‘’Drink but don’t drink to stupor’’ let’s ask ourselves; what is the yardstick for measuring drunkenness? How many bottles can make one drunk? Am very sure there is no straight cut answer to it because there are people who will take two gulps of beer and start misbehaving and there are others who would take 6 bottles and still act sane.
Not too long ago I heard someone say “there is nothing wrong if I take 10 bottles of beer since I won’t get drunk”. What are u taking 10 bottles for? to read more click the link below

HealthEmbrace Your Fat by marablog(op): 12:00pm On Sep 14, 2016
embrace your fat!

Some people will do whatever they can to destroy or eliminate the fat in them. But whoever said that fat was ugly, degrading, or something to be ashamed of? Who ever said that fat is not cool and healthy? My dear, fat according to the dictionary is ‘animal tissue consisting chiefly of cells distended with greasy or oily matter’ .
Therefore, you are not FAT, you have fat
You also have FINGERNAILS, but you are not fingernails.
In the world of today, all we do is hate on fat and wish it goes away. don't get it twisted dear, am not saying you should not strive for your dream shape or figure or do some workouts( yeah i love to work out too). All am saying is that you should not hate your fat, rather embrace it cos when you embrace your fat, you embrace yourself and do right things to your body.

Here are three reasons why your fat deserves a bit of R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

IT’S JUST FAT: your elbow is just an elbow, your eyebrow is just an eyebrow. And your fat…….is just fat. Just like every part of your body, your fat has a role it plays. Its job is to protect you.
Fat cushions and protects your vital organs, insulates your body against heat loss. Fat also keeps you alive when your body experiences food shortage. And to the ladies,(lemme burst your bubbles) it helps regulate your menstrual cycle.
YOUR FAT IS VERY SMART: You may regard fat as this stubborn, unwanted squishy substance that you wish would disappear, but in reality fat is simply a tissue. Technically it’s adipose tissue. Recently, the department of dermatology at queens medical center, uk did a study on nervous system’s connection to fat- stating that adipose tissue is not only concerned with energy storage as fat, but it is also a major endocrine and secretory organ as well. In essence, your fat is powerful. Brain power, metabolic power and survival power is no beans oh!

FAT IS FEMININE AND VOLUPTUOUS: Every part of your body that makes you a woman is fatty. Your breasts, hips, thighs, your bootylicious behind and that tummy of yours that changes as you become a mother. If you curse and hate your fat, then you are doing the same to other part of your body that makes you a woman. Embrace your voluptuous curves because they are beautiful.
The bottom line is this, your fat is a protective substance, if you dont like it in excess, you could try reducing it(thats fine) but dont hate on it, it is a gift, not a curse.
