Work is sponsoring you for a visit visa to see your cousin? It not for work/business purposes? Ircc might say you don't have funds .
If it a parent or family is sponsoring for visit that okay, even that you still need to attach your own bank statement to show you have your own money if you above 21years.
( if the family member or parent is using business account let the person also attach their personal savings to it) and then write a sponsorship letter

Make sure it's UCI number you have copied and not the Application num that start with 'V'.. bcuz I did that same mistake before and I kept getting this.
Recheck all details and creat again

Biometric letter comes from iRCC in Canada, processing of Nigeria application s is from Nairobi

How about processing of Ghana applications?
