We are looking for a Merchant Success Manager who will support merchants after onboarding.

You will be responsible for helping them get started, checking in regularly, solving issues early, and ensuring they succeed on the platform.

This is a relationship-focused role, not a call-center support job.

Requirements
HND or Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 1 year experience in customer service, account management, sales, or any customer-facing role
Good communication and people skills
Organised and proactive
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment
Must be based in Lagos

What You Will Do
Support merchants from onboarding to active usage
Follow up regularly to ensure they are using the platform
Identify and resolve issues early
Help merchants improve performance and grow sales
Work closely with internal teams to improve merchant experience

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company helping small businesses across Nigeria sell better and manage their customers more easily.

Role: Field Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Field-based

About the Role

You will visit business owners, introduce the platform, help them register, and support them as they start using the service.

This is a field sales role where you will work directly with merchants across Lagos - visiting shops, markets, and business areas.

Responsibilities
Visit merchants and business owners daily
Explain how the platform works
Help merchants complete onboarding
Follow up with merchants after registration
Meet daily and weekly sales targets
Share updates and challenges with your team lead

Requirements
Must live in Lagos
Confident communicating with people face-to-face
Comfortable working in the field
Self-motivated and target-driven
Smartphone required
Previous sales experience is an advantage (FMCG, POS, telecoms, etc.)

No previous e-commerce experience required. Training and support will be provided.

Earnings
