opened stanbic savings acct last week.i was able to get my mastercard afta a week.
i asked the lady that attended to me abt any updates to be done in other to enroll my card for online banking transcations.she said i only neeed to register on their website for online transac whc i did immediately on my phone.Later gave me a form to fill and she said i can now transact online bt on getting home and launching the online platform to try it,the transactions have been failing including recharging my phone.
Mailed and called the customers service.no quality solution to it.

I don't know anything about PIMENT DOUX.... Maybe other people on the thread that have tried it might help. About lightening,there are so many routes to lightening. U can go natural or use chemicals. To lighten generally all you need to do is:
Exfoilate..... Chemical peels,Lactic acid lotion,dead sea salt,exfoilating sponge,etc

Moisturize/Body Building...... Natural butters,essential oils,collagen

Lighten.... Use of naturals like kojic acid,alpha arbutin powder,etc OR use harsh chemicals like hydroquinone,mercury or steroid OR do injections/peels

Sun protection... Zinc based sunscreen is highly recommended

To my greatest surprises I dialed *556# and am still seeing my previous balance, I now called #MTN {180} to verify if this offer is coming from them and the customer service officer rudely warned and notify me that it will expire tomorrow. My dear since morning am shouting #wow wow wow. How am I going to exhaust #4500 worth of credit within 36hrs, it's funny sha but……

I understand, maybe some people are just lucky. The way the customer care lady asked about my address, I knew she was not gonna come, maybe I'm wrong sha.

I recieved my account login details while at the bank after I submitted the form. I logged in right away, I had not even gotten my ATM card by this time.

All banks do the address verification but you will not know

I know for sure that If you are transferring money from the StanbicIBTC account to another bank, the default limit is 100k unless you have filled the email indemnity form and one other form like this. I don't know if this limit extends to receiving money too.

Stanbic protocol you will go through is worse than going through hell. If not for their exchange rate, I won't have up to ₦ 50 in dat account. After activating mobile banking I still need to call cc to remove limit. Same with Internet banking. Been calling for 20mins( wasted 400 ₦ ) no reply. Sent mail no reply.
You need all the patience in the www to use Stanbic!!!

Even when you go to the bank you will be told to call cc. WTF!!!!!

Send them a detailed mail and copy CBN, check this thread for their email. The dollar rate is still on the high so your money should have returned the same or higher and not lower.


Meanwhile Stanbic service is very useless except for their rate.
