It's very easy for the man to move out of the compound. All the woman needs to do is to assure him that whatever he is benefitting from his parents she would replace that part. The problem is that the so called lady never mentioned how she will be his help meet, let's face it accommodation is now expensive and it doesn't make sense to leave free accommodation and start paying heavily outside except the lady will also support him. At 32 most guys aren't financially strong yet. I would suggest the lady start married life in that compound and when they are both financially well equipped they can move out.

There is something called accountability in courtship,which I believe is the stage where you are right now. If both of you live in the same house and she can't call you or message you that she will be coming late and rather comes home by 9 and start ranting then that's a serious red flag 🚩. Secondly it's very wrong to foot all her bills even if you can you shouldn't, at least not yet till she is your wife.
