I just didn't think much of it because if I remember correctly from even Glassdoor report of the AC in some years back they do carryout the aptitude test at the AC as well.
And while on the topic Google/AI sometimes even specifies that according to glassdoor reports. I which Glassdoor is workers that give info about their company like recruitment process and salary. However I don't think they supply proper info in terms of salary in the Glassdoor reviews.
So most times if AI gets it wrong it's from the source that's wrong.

Which is why as I specified in my earlier reply when the argument started that. I personally came here for more practical testimony of people experiences that can talk freely and be able to ask questions. Which is why I was not in full support of Jobslever spamming because those specific ones where things I already googled before coming here.

I don't know the full content of the book however the part that actually concerned the group discussions and so on is in line with how others described the process.
That's why I am just saying it could be useful in that regards.
For instance you don't see anyone here telling you how exactly they answered some interview questions. ( I stand to be correctly since I haven't gone through all past threads). That is why I believe @Jobslever was saying the book also provides solutions.
And clearly in the pages he sent we can see some of the concepts in the MAP @airsaylongcome gave.

I don't know if it goes ahead to give answers all through and I am not advertising the book for him.
I am just someone that regardless of a situation and behaviour of people I don't like letting emotions cloud my judgement and recognizing facts.

I also mentioned @Stargurl20 shared some of the content of the book which I fully agree is just AI/Google and hence why she refers to it as useless because probably the whole book contained more of that.

I don't think I will buy the book personally coz nigga is broke🤭
But aside that my way of study may not require I buy it as most info I get here I look to YouTube for solutions and yes I look to Chat GPT to help me refine my answers and run mock interviews.

I think for Jobslever he just wants the acknowledgement that even he use AI and just because it's AI doesn't mean it can't be accurate coz Google gives it's references which is still info fed by humans.
And while we are here to answer @jobslever question about @airsay using AI. The answer is simple really if he just told him that they are thesame without showing proof he will argue it. And naturally we all go online to give facts as proof so he did.
@jobslever main issue is the fact he is condemned as AI when someone who used something similar isn't called out. Though h Airsay used the AI to relate two companies but his main information the MAP is not AI reply.
People just find it annoying that AI generic reply is constantly being pasted with hawking in a place where they want more human answers.


So to be very clear again I am not supporting Jobslever nor do I dislike him. I don't personally like how the generic replies are spammed which I noticed he listened to that and just shares the link now to the thread instead. We are all here to share information and we all want accurate information. And much appreciation to everyone sharing, it's been helpful..

Regardless of AI or not though I don't know the other content of the book but I will say this is a useful info based on the things we discussed here.

As for whether it should be paid or free that's a different issue.

But giving Jobslever the benefit of the doubt based on this particular pages shown I repeat based on this particular pages shown I don't know about the rest of the book but I won't go as far as calling it entirely useless even though it was earlier stated.

As to if I will buy the book. I ain't got 1500 to spare😅.

I am not supporting Jobslever but just stating my opinion the book having a little use even if it may be AI generated or not, and it draws context from similar experiences reported here.

Someone I know said he was told by someone working there that it's like 1.5 Million per month. Around last year and bonuses. Someone else reported it was around 2 Million per month now.

But Honestly that has annoyed me too how it's like it's a taboo. You are expected to negotiate salary but you won't find any concrete info on the Salary so you end up under negotiating.
Like how Google/AI suggests like max of 1M and a company can be offering 2M and you give salary expectation of 1M😅😅

Or if AI hypes it and you say 1M while that company pays 500M.

Though most times negotiating doesn't retract the offer unless you reject it so it's not much of an issue but can lead to some underpaying you.

This argument is quite funny to some extent.
From a neutral view point I get why the call Jobslever AI.
The whole reason why I joined this thread and bothered to open and account here is because I know that hear I can get information based on personal experiences of people in the recruitment process.

What people are complaining for jobslever is that your reply is generic and honestly most information you dropped I already searched them but still was not convinced by Google replies coz it can't have accurate info on things most kept private.

Some people come here because they want reply from someone that has actually gone through the process as to whether they only prepare based on that alone it's definitely their fault if anything goes wrong because they should have also compared the source of information with others.

From my point of view what makes people upset with Jobslever replies is the fact you keep pasting it all the time and add the end recommend the link to the book.
If you reduce the frequency of that kind of reply and maybe just paste a link to the thread you made that reply and tell them to check that thread. It may be less of a quarrel.

But the point is most of us want replies from experience or just your personal perspective like how you've been replying yourself today lol.

You have me your answer. But the thing is your answer was not what I was looking for in the sense I wanted to hear it from someone that has either been in the process or knows something from someone who has. Your reply I have already come across it.

Just like your recent reply now to the salary stuff. I have seen those exact wordings countless times when I keep searching for the salary of different companies. That's to say AI doesn't have full info on NLNG .

And what people are telling me from the salary they heard from those working there don't even correlate.

As for your idea that Airsay used AI. The way he used it does not come as crime lol.
Yes we agree he used AI to confirm two company are thesame. However most info he provides is from personal experiences.

And like you said how sure are we he worked there. No one knows. And we all here don't intend to reveal our Identity but I believe we are not stupid enough to just fully take what someone says and not consider also sources as well. Am sure we are all aware someone can lie.

To summarise your replies are not wrong it's just most of us here are not looking for AI replies else we would have just asked chat GPT and not bother coming here.

So maybe just reduce the frequency of how you paste all the search result and paste the link to the thread it's there. As for the book I don't know whether it is legit or not. I just don't know if I will spend money to buy it as we took the like free things lol. If I can I will buy.

Your replies are also helpful for general overview and can be combined with the personal based experiences we share here to see what conclusions we can come up with.

For No. 1, I recall we were contacted for preferred location.
No. 2 ALL candidates have the same process for AC, Business GTs and Engineering GTs

For fact finding look up the SHL MAP.

I think someone else asked if AC is done in London. Answer is NO. People flew in to Nigeria for their AC back in the day. I know of at least two, possibly three people that flew in. One got hired.

I have two questions
1. Do we get to decide which AC center to goto or do they decide it for us? Assuming I am in PH but then get pushed to Abuja while the PH AC is closest to me.
2. I have read the threads on the AC center process. Just want to confirm if it's thesame process for all disciplines even engineering.
But mostly am not clear on the fact finding mentioned, when I try to research "fact finding" in interviews or AC, I only see results in respect to the recruiter and no example of a case study and how the fact finding was done. Though I have not exhausted all results. So can anyone expand on fact finding with an example please?

Funny how after one week I could now comment but for days I didn't have what to ask again since the process is slow .

I am not encouraging a discussion on the ongoing war here but just hoping the delay or stop on the shipment of LNGs across the Mediterranean sea will not have a heavy impact to delay our recruitment.

Since from past threads they have once delayed recruitment upto 4 years though the reason was unclear but multiple speculations like change in government, viruses, etc.

I pray it will not be our portion.
Though if by tomorrow we don't receive mail to keep in line with their two weeks response time. Then maybe end of the month or first week of April as mentioned earlier in the thread.
