To attend an event at Sheraton Lagos Hotel, while the organizer is not from Nigerian and can't provide with invitation letter.

I'm from Philippines and I will be flying to Lagos in October. When I'm about to apply the visa from Nigerian Embassy in my country, the embassy told me they need an invitation letter from a local Nigerian. The invitation letter should be sent directly to the email address of Nigerian Embassy in Philippines along with the photo copies of the inviters's passport.

Can anyone/organization help on this?
