Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:

- Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, supports the department in the ethical practice of pharmacy on a daily basis by providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.

- Processes prescription orders in a timely manner; retrieves, counts, measures and prepares medications, solutions, ointments, and other compounds as directed.

Pharmacy Technician Requirements:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous Data Entry experience preferred.
- Long Term Care experience with Framework/DocuTrack knowledge a plus.

- Knowledge of Brand Name/Generic medications and Sig codes.
- Moderate computer and typing skills required.
