Peter Obi has carried his badluck to go and destroy another man's party For your info it was not Seriake Dickson that created the NDC! He joined from the PDP the same way Peter Obi joined from the ADC |

You need to put that into consideration by introducing rewards which can reduce stealing Most Nigerian employees will steal if you leave any loophole, no matter how much salary you pay them |

Easyincome24: You have written well, someday when you become an employer, one or all of what you have written definitely would show where you belong.
Nothing you can do with a status quo, you can only do your best and leave the rest.
We have seen good employees turning to bad employers after they gained their freedoms. Likewise the other way round.
Good employees is not equal to good employers.
Bad employee doesn't equate bad employers. No mind am, na so them go dey talk like say them be saint |

Rapmoney: This is one bitter truth you should always remind yourself of as an employee. It is even worse for people who work in organisations owned by one person or a particular family.
Your employer will never pay you what will make you have enough resources to live a comfortable life.
REASONS: 1. You will be in a better position to walk out of situations that you don't like in the workplace.
2. You will be in a better position to resign and start your own business.
Most Nigerian employers are just like the government. They give you just what is enough for you to survive, and not to succeed.
As an employer, you should realize that the people working for you also have their personal dreams and visions. Your business is your vision, and not theirs. So as they work for you to build your vision, the job should as give them the platform to build theirs. If your vision is being built, and theirs remain unachievable, then there is something wrong with you and your business system.
Last week, I attended a webinar where one of the so-called Nigerian industry giants was admonishing workers to be dedicated and put in their best. I didn't have any issue with that, but when he concluded by saying that salary doesn't matter, that what matters is passion and dedication, I shook my head. We have really lost it! You fly first class to different parts of the world. You buy choice properties. Your kids attend some of the best schools abroad. All from the proceeds of your business, and you open your mouth to tell me that salary doesn't matter? Go and set up your own business and pay your employees whatever they ask for irrespective of their productivity |

Gbadugbakun: No teacher has the right to barb the hair of a child without the consent of the parents. If you try that with my child you're going to jail because I'll pay influencers to drag you and the school on social media and say that you use children's hair for rituals that's why you barb them without their parents consent.
Then I'll have the teacher arrested for rituals, she'll be remanded in jail while investigations go on. God help you if my child falls sick during that period, your own don be.
Just focus on your teaching and leave the kids alone.
Edit: Its clear that many Nigerian don't understand what discipline truly means. I've been receiving emotional quotes with regards to my opinion. No wonder the world sees us as a jungle. I never Said discipline is bad I said shaving a child's hair without the consent of the parents is totally wrong and shouldn't be counted as discipline. Please try to read and understand with your head before quoting me. If you're a teacher in Europe or America would you shave a child's hair without informing the parents, you'll loose your license as a teacher and go to jail. There are some nonsense I cannot tolerate as a parent. It's better for you to keep your child at home and train him yourself since you don't want teachers to discipline him/her. When you were a kid, did your parents ever go to school to fight teachers; compare how you turned out to the insolent and indolent kids we have these days who have largely gone out of control |
