Some of this so called Kazeems especially the older ones, work with experience. OP, yes engine oil can be used in lieu of power steering oil in older cars and nothing will happen, at least in an emergency case. I have experienced it once when I was using EOD, the power steering oil starting leaking from the rack and I was on the high way, I called my mechanic, he said I should not worry, that I should top it up with engine oil, and I had like a litre can in the car, that was what I used till I got to my destination and it also softened the steering. |

The thing is this thing has become a scourge, that has eaten deep into the fabrics of this country. And the FG seems not be doing enough or lack the Will power to tackle this menace. These are mobile numbers that are registered in the country, they can easily block those numbers or better still use it to trake the fraudster and set an example with them. By the time we start sentencing fraudsters to 10 -20 years in prison, other upcoming ones will think twice. |

Nwadiuto247: Workers in the government and. private sector are not losing because they will get their full salary at the end of the month. Sit at home saves them their transport fare and give them more time to rest. That's why they easily support the sit at home.
Jobless men and women have nothing to lose. That's why they support the sit at home.
Those who are still serving their oga in the market shops have nothing to lose. They see it as a time to rest. That's why easily supporting the sit at home.
The only losers are those who own businesses and the government. When you close your business because of sit at home just know that you're the only one who's losing. The rest are enjoying. The governors are too docile. The only South East governor that packs a punch is only Umahi, others are just there to complete their tenure, then enter senate to enjoy their loot. If I'm a governor there, I'll deduct the days state workers sit at home and pay them their balance. If them like, they should stay at home the whole week. Pay as U go simple. |

Modrov: The refineries don't work because for years they have been forced to work at a loss....so that Nigerians can get cheap fuel
As for payment....Government does not pay NNPC workers from the profit of their refineries...it is from allocation to NNPC.
i DON'T like Atiku, but there is a good reason why he called for NNPC to be privatised. I don't get your first point. If the refineries in Nigeria was working optimally, Nigerians should be getting Fuel at a cheaper rate. The refineries won't work because of Sabotage, there are people gaining massively from importation of refined fuel. It has been like that Abacha regime. |

DissTroyer: State: Akwa Ibom
Governor: Mr. Udom Gabriel Emmanuel
Sector Ratings:
Infrastructure : 4/10 The populace expected more from this government and while he is being praised in the media, it's because he seems to be one of the best amongst governors who are generally incompetent.
Akwa Ibom earns a lot but the governor spends most of these on vainglorious projects like the International Worship Center, the 21-Storey Smart Skyscraper and others.
He's tried to maintain some of the road projects begun by Akpabio but the projects aren't commensurate with the huge earnings by the state government.
In 2019 alone, Akwa Ibom state government earned about $443 million. For a state of 6 million people, if half was properly utilized, we'd be high up. When I read these things, it breaks my heart, and I ask myself, will we ever get it right in this country. The Niger Delta for one, would have been like a mini Dubai, if her resources and allocations were managed properly. Look at Bayelsa state, in a sorry state, the last time I was in Asaba/warri, I couldn't believe the state is an oil producing State. So what do they really do with all this monies accrued to them?. |

okoroemeka: if they have advanced transmitter detector which I doubt this petty crooks will have,it will be difficult finding a tracker size of half a matchbox in a car,the car owner will not even know the tracker is hidden,a tracker is a good insurance policy this days, last month I was at my Friend's joint and policemen tracked a Toyota Highlander from Lagos to anambra and arrested the crooks at the joint, were they are enjoying chilled beers and pepper soup with their babes.imagine if the car has no tracker it can never be seen again. There are signal jammers you can even get off Jumia, and it has been very effective for those criminals, and they don't need to see the tracker to jam the signal. |

I'm not a fan of the Bubu nor uzodinma. But truth be told, he is the President of the Federal Republic of Nigerian and has an unaltered right to visit anywhere he wants to visit in the country. Ohanaeze will leave salient things affecting the Igbos in the political affairs of the nation, it is Buhari visit to imo state that is bordering them, talk about misplaced priority. If his visit Will be of benefit to Imo state, so be it. He should also be encouraged to visit Anambra too and see the progress of "his second Niger bridge", while at it, he should drive down to Enugu state, via Ugwu Onyema, and feel what Easterners feel while passing through that road. Ohanaeze ndi Igbo should learn to court other tribes, politically and socially. We are not producing the next president of Nigeria, even 2027 no sure for us , Secession from Nigeria, à la the Biafran movement, won't be a walk in the park, that is the hard truth. |
