This company has a high staff turn over because of the toxic nature of the working environment. This is a first hand experience for me as I recently quit or rather ran for my sanity. I advice young professionals to please avoid this company for the sake of your career and mental health. You will be made to work overtime without being paid, delayed salary, the MD hits and attacks employees at the slightest provocation. He is a Lebanese man and doesn't confirm to Nigeria statutory payments. If interviewed they would want you to resume immediately and when you want to eventually resign you will not be paid your salary nor have any exit benefit. Please candidates avoid this organization so that you do not become jobless in few months after resuming here.
