Update:

I clicked the “pay to bank” option on fiverr and all my funds were sent directly to the bank acct linked to my Payoneer acct woth a $15 charge.

On the email, they said it will take upto 4 Days. What I don’t really know is the rate/$.

The problem is not with the requirements. The issue is that they will first ask for money before asking for requirements. Are they not supposed to ask for requirements first? Wasting someone's precious time.

I had to withdraw Payoneer at the ATM yesterday. I withdrew 5000 naira and they deducted about $20. That's a rate of about 250

Are there any extra charges for withdrawing at the ATM with Payoneer

Mine went swift (I provided all requirements on time)

But I heard the rates vary with different ATM.
