Your cousin is on the right track.


Your cousin must have at least a 75percent CGPA with no failing grades after two semesters. That's what the probation is for.

When he fulfils the requirement, his enrollment status will change to Full time instead of Probationary


If he is planning to resume Summer, he needs to start making his visa plans already as it's two months away.

But please what is the implication should he not meet the requirement after two semesters. He is planning to resume winter 2019.
NOTE: He plans to bring his family there also say few months after resumption.

Admission Status: Probationary
Requirement: Must have a CGPA of at least 75% after two (2) semesters with no failing grades
Degree: Master of Applied Science
Major: Industrial Systems Engineering
Route: Thesis
Valid: Spring/Summer 2018 to Winter 2019
Condition(s): None

He is yet to send the official documents in order to receive the "unconditional acceptance" letter and then proceed for visa.

He wants to understand what this probation means and its consequences.
