The message u got is 100% legit, I was a participant in the last Refinery programme (talentmine) and I paid 30k too. Infact I was also sceptical about it at first but trust me its not about the money you pay, its the experience and exposure you get. Making the decision to be a participant is the best decision I have made this year.

I was aparticipant in the global market division, where I learnt about skills needed as a a prospective salesperson. I was tutored by savant investment bankers. I even traded on the NYSE using a demo account, learnt financial modelling etc.

I am currently interviewing with BANK OF AMERICA MERRILL LYNCH, and also am an ambassador for bank of america merrill lynch. . All this is as a result of what you think as a "scam" but am happy to inform you that its 100% legit
