Apologies to draw everyone back to this topic after so many years. I am after an old commercial that someone may be able to point me towards the right direction. It’s a cartoon TV awareness advert on road safety that ran till the mid 80s (may be longer) on NTA I think. The small bits I can recall is a police man (cartoon character) singing with the words ‘…..obey all traffic signs….Nigerian traffic is growing more and more.’
