Please help!


The agent helping me randomly went to pick an appointment date for 2026 January in the previous website without even informing me. I also found out that my email login for the old website was also wrongly spelt. I don’t know if the email can still be corrected? Because up till now, I haven’t received any email in regards to updating my profile in the new website
I don't know what to do. I've been checking everywhere and refreshing my email, nothing is coming up.
What's the way forward peeps?

Please can the date be changed to an earlier date without paying for another MRV fee? I also found out that my email login for the old website was also wrongly spelt.
