SugarPg: So sorry about your Visa denial. I will advise you consider study Visa if you really have interest in Brazil. It is easier and surer. Thank you chief |

Kindly respond. Thanks as always

SugarPg: Is the attached manual Visa application form not a 2 paged documents? Can't you see the space for signature under? I wonder where you got your own 1 page document from without signature.
Anyway, you can go ahead and do as you wish. Ohh I downloaded the form on their website and it was just a single page. Thank you very much for this. |

SugarPg: You don't need to fill that protocol number and visa type,, just leave it.
You need to print out this form, fill it in capital letter, on the second page you will see where to sign. Thanks for your response. There is no second page. It's just a single page |
Travel › Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by Marshlaw: 8:56pm On Apr 09, 2025 |
TadeDetule: You get your protocol number after applying online. It comes with the printout after online application. I only used introduction letter I dont know about cover letter. I actually used the study route. Regarding signature, I guess it should be on the foot of the second page. I think the new online form is a bit different from the previous but I think it still has a space for signature on the second page Thank you very much. The visa form doesn't have a second page. Just a single page without space for signature |

Marshlaw: *Please should the highlighted section be filled? I don't know any protocol number.
**Also, they said the form has to be signed but there is no space for signature. Any idea?
*** Is the self-introduction letter(as required by the Brazilian consulate) the same as cover letter?
Kindly respond, I would appreciate everyone's input and suggestions. Thank you

SugarPg: It was explicitly stated that applicants should pay visa fees at the bank, and don't insist on any other means. Stanbic bank have a special deposit slip they will issue you when you pay at the bank, and It must be submitted along the other documents. Thank you sir |

SugarPg: You can use Qatar airways "Hold booking".
All the embassy wants to see is your itinerary, they don't need actual booking from you.
They even advise you not to book under your Visa is out. Thank you. However , the hold my booking only holds the reservation for 24 hours. Can I use it like that? |

I'm planning for a road trip to Ivory coast/Senegal this month and would like to connect with other travelers. I plan to stop and spend a few days in each connecting countries(Benin/Togo/Ghana) before reaching Ivory Coast. Any serious interested person should reach out to me so we can plan the trip together. |

AllLovingGod: Any other better place aside gwagwalada and suleja? I can do 150k. Thank you sir. I wouldn't recommend suleja sef. Yeah. Kuje road, giri, gwako, maraba(super trenches), sabon Lugbe (super deluxe trenches with a touch of insecurity), and other trenches/villages of the highbrow areas |
Travel › Re: Moving To Abuja, Suggestions Needed Urgently. by Marshlaw: 4:53pm On Jul 12, 2024 |
Marshlaw: Oh I see.
To be honest, your budget is quite low. 100k can NEVER get you an apartment in a nice area in Lugbe, except the inner inner trenches(very rough) like Tundun wada. You shouldn't be talking about Lugbe at all. Masaka is in Nasarawa state but generally regarded as an outskirt part of Abuja. You can't get an apartment in a nice area in Kuje; MAYBE a single room in a fair area in inner Kuje(Better than Lugbe trenches) Mpape; you might get a single room with shared bathroom in a trench area. I'm not really sure.
If possible, try increase your budget to 150 or 200k and come to gwagwalada. It's 100% better than living like shit in lugbe. If 100k is your last resort, then you can get a 50k single room with shared bathroom OR a selfcon(if you're lucky) in Angwandodo or kuntunku. These are trenches in gwagwalada but better than Lugbe. Btw, like I said, I'm willing to assist you(not financially) and help you get settled in if you're ready this month. I can only cover gwagwalada and suleja area though. |

digitaccountant: As a student going to Abuja, there are satelite villages within the University of Abuja metropolis, if that is where you will be schooling. You can get a clean self contain for that amount in places like Giri, Agwandodo and others along airport road. Not anymore. You can't get a clean self con for 100k. |

AllLovingGod: I'm not schooling at Abuja per say. I just finished my first degree and need to settle in a place to begin. So I'm more or less like a student,a beginner. And I work from home.
Secondly, amongst the places that were mentioned,(Lugbe,Kuje,Masala, Mpapa, etc) which will be your first pick and can you give an estimate on rent there? Thank you sir. I appreciate. God bless you. Oh I see. To be honest, your budget is quite low. 100k can NEVER get you an apartment in a nice area in Lugbe, except the inner inner trenches(very rough) like Tundun wada. The information you're giving out is incomplete.
Which institution in Abuja? Is it uniabuja? Mini campus or permanent site?
I can tell you for free that all most of the places people suggested for you can't work with your 100k budget. Also, forget about agent. You have to be on ground. Respond asap. I'll try to help. |
