hey bro. Pls wanna know where u bought yours from and at what price?.
Thanks
I was partially pissed at the 4150mah whereas the normal A9 has a 5150mah. So, I went for the 4GB variant which gives you almost everything as the 6GB ram.

Price: #54,490

Where I bought it from: Jumia (Official store)

I use the rubber casing only when I'm indoors. When I go out to get something or relax, I dey always remove the casing. It's fairly heavy, but it's sleeeeeeeeeeek!

APN: Airtel internet

I added 1 plus 1 and did something similar to this, it's now working, thanks.

Finally, my umidigi A9 pro landed.
I have been browsing with mtn sim for 2 days, but today that I switched to Airtel, I realized I couldn't browse with Airtel on the A9 pro.

Any fix, house?

Here you go...... cheesy
I finally placed an order for the A9 pro on Jumia and i'm expecting my new baby boy to be delivered in 2 or 3 days time. I must chip in that the A9 model comes off as a better bargain than the A9 pro (of course, factoring the price to get each phone)
1. It comes default with stock android 11
2. It has a bigger 5150mah battery
3. It's processor is clocked at 2Ghz

I chose the A9 pro because of it's sleek body design and RAM.
What's your take?

The only reason would be, if you actually wanted the Umidigi A11 instead....... wink
That's good to hear.

Please, what's the estimated battery life?
Phones / Re: UMIDIGI DISCUSSION THREAD by Martehco(m): 9:49pm On Jun 19, 2021
Is there a reason why I should not by the Umidigi A9 pro?

I hear some say it's battery life is poor. Well, I know "poor" can sometimes be subjective.

If there is ever a reason (or two) to not buy the A9 pro, what reason will that be?

New? You go have to visit stores o or check Jumia global!
Jumia global? You mean the phone might have to be shipped from abroad?
I've checked the normal jumia and I couldn't find any new note 7.
Aside from Redmi 9c, is there any other redmi I can get for 50k+.

Also, how do I hunt for deals on jumia?

Potential buyers should beware of this guy, even a one on one meeting could be dangerous. Escrow or no deal, a word is enough for the wise
He said slot offered to buy the phone at a better price. However, they wouldn't buy it if he didn't bring his ID along.

He should take his ID and go sell his phone at slot, why bother us and act as though you are doing us a favor?

TRUSTisWEALTH:
ONE THING I HAVE SEEN IS THAT BUYERS ALWAYS PUT YOU;(THE SELLER) AT EDGE AND WHEN YOU DONT PLAY THE FAVOURITISM ON THEIR END.... THEY BLACKMAIL YOU TO GAIN PITY. IF REALLY ASK THIS DUDE HOW SOMEONE LEFT AJAH @ PAST 8 AND GOT HOME AT PAST 10 IN MAINLAND. SOME PEOPLE THINK WE ARE FOOLS IN THIS LAGOS, WHERE THEY CAN EASILY CAUSE PROBLEM FOR A DISPATCH RIDER AND GO WITH YOUR PRODUCT ESPECIALLY SLUMS WHERE THEY LIVE. You came to me, I never agreed your price. Yet you come here to Accuse me falsely. Is it a must I sell it at your price, if really your story was genuine. show some proofs

Are you broke shaming me with your "...slums where they live" line? I'm only being an opportunist, it's not like i'm suffering. Concerning the time stamp, ask anyone that really plies the Ajah to mainland route to tell you how long it takes to get to Iyana iworo from Ajah when the road is free.

I got home and i realized that you were probably in a bar (if you drink alcohol) chilling and gisting your friend how you were wasting someone's time. What did i read you type? "is it a must I sell at your price?" How will i come from my residential area down to Ajah without us having previously agreed? If you won't sell it at that price, you could have easily told me and i would have gone elsewhere to get a nice phone.
So because the price is not worth it (according to you), you decided to have fun and waste my time.

You know what actually made me angry? On checking nairaland, i realized that all the while i was standing (very much exhausted) at Ajah's bridge, you were here on nairaland still marketing your note 8i.

If i wanted to defame your image, i would have gone to the extremes.
1. I know how you look (i have your image)
2. I know your names
3. I still have the chats and the time stamp of every call we made

I didn't add any because I really didn't have to. You didn't scam me you only exhausted me and wasted my precious time. You have no image or reputation here on nairaland, so where is the DEFAMATION? At most, the only thing you lost is a moniker which no name or image is attached to YET (you can easily create another in less than 10 minutes), what i lost was a precious day.
I'm still calm and composed here, laughing at my own folly of course, and drinking to my yesterday stress.
See yourself here flexing at the same time i was waiting expecting you.

My Experience with Mr. Trustiswealth
Ps: It's a rule of thumb to trade mostly with nairaland monikers who have a reputation to protect. The OP's account for example, is only a handful of months old and his first post is his infinix note 8i for sale thread.

I saw this thread about 2 days ago when it was titled as "3 weeks old note 8i for sale", so I messaged Mr. Trustiswealth enquiring about the phone. When I asked oga about the phone, giving him a asking price of 40, he declined and only accepted when i raised the buying price to 45k. He said someone else was already paying 60k for it, so he ain't sure if i will get the phone.

Except...

If i agree to make a down-payment (for a phone i've not even touched, talk less of test).
I declined this and proposed 2 options
1. A one-on-one transaction - check the phone and pay the price (he also proposed this)
2. That he delivers it to somewhere i can easily get to. On seeing the phone, i transfer the money to him and pay the delivery guy something for his effort.

Oga declined option 2 saying he will only send the phone if he gets a down payment or a full payment for the phone before waybilling the phone.

I chose to go meet him at his fort and buy the phone from him on a one-on-one level. According to him, the guy that wants to pay 60k didn't end up showing.
He buzzed me by 12pm asking if i'm still coming or not, i told him that i was on my way. Because of security, i asked that we meet at Ajah's flyover bridge instead of me coming all the way down to awoyaya (where he supposedly resides). He agreed.

I left my residential area and boarded different buses (lol, i even lost a girl's number) and i ended up reaching Ajah at 3:55pm. I called Mr. Trustiswealth notifying him of my arrival (of course, i was updating him at intervals during the journey to ajah), he asked that i wait as he is just coming from home (awoyaya) and it will take a while.
4pm became 4:30pm - baba hasn't shown up
4:30 became 5pm - baba still hasn't shown up.
He said he is caught up in the traffic and i concurred seeing that the road was tight.
Around some minutes after 5, he called me and changed the whole narrative.

First, there is another person ready to pay for the phone and the person lives around.
Second, he is becoming skeptical with my actions and I am really giving him a lot of stress (considering that he is only doing me a favor since he is selling such a nice phone at such ridiculous amount).

I hate it when someone is inconvenienced because of me. He said he was at gbogije around this time and according to him, it would take hours for him to get to Ajah since he was in a car. I said - "okay, I will take a bike and block you right there at gbogije, you can simply pull over your car and we make the transaction".
He declined saying "it's not about me coming to meet him" and some other words i really can't make meaning of.
He then gave me two new conditions
1. Send him money for him to dispatch the phone to me right to Ajah
2. Wait for him to come. Adding that i ought to/should pay him for his fuel if he continues the Awoyaya-to-Ajah journey.
Smile... I asked "how much?" , baba said 4k for fuel.

He ended it by saying i should go back since i wasn't ready to agree to any of those two terms above. I said okay, bye bye.
I decided to whine around in the slot office at ajah and i was there till about some minutes to 6.
As i was about to pay for a nice Redmi phone, i saw his call again. He asked if i was still at ajah to which i answered affirmatively, and he told me to wait that he will be there soon.

Omooooo, i was at ajah from 6-7pm, making it 3 hours of standing at Ajah's underbridge.
I called him to know where he was and he said he was at sangotedo.

Now, i was no longer interested in sealing any transaction, I simply wanted to know where all this will end.
By 7:40pm, a mild rain started at ajah and the rain drenched me. By 8:30pm, only God knows if Mr. Trustiswealth was coming from France as he was nowhere to be found.

I con kukuma dey go my house seeing as everything went sour. Now, i didn't message him anymore as i wanted to know the exact time he would claim he got to ajah after i have waited for 4 hours plus.

I chatted him up this night and everything was incoherent. I am not saying he is a scam, neither am i saying he is not.
My own is that you make whatever inferences you can from my experience with him and shine your eyes.
Because Oyinbo say, the eye of a crab is the metaphorical catapault of his security, thank you.
