It happened to me once and actually forced me to factory rest my phone.

I am just scared of doing factory reset on my fone.

If network is not an issue for you,,
just go to ur settings,, clear ur google play cache and its data,, restart ur playstore and try again

With due respect to your noble self, that's not what Odutola's case says; what Odutola says is not a general sweeping principle; it's case-dependent. What is says is that if the tenancy is by parole, then the tenant can never be a tenant-at-will upon the expiration of the tenancy and the tenant is in arrears of rent; because wat makes a contractual tenant revert to a tenant-at-will is a written tenancy agreement, specifying the commencement and expiration of the tenancy.

Go and read that authority very well. I didn't cite it 4 citing case. I ve used it severally and no qualms wit it. If the OP is a yearly tenant and he is already in arrears, in d absence of a tenancy agreement, he becomes a tenant-@-will and entitled to only One Week Notice to Quit. Section 18, Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law of various States in Nigeria.

OP, if you are a yearly tenant and ur rent is in arrears and remains unpaid, you are automatically now a tenant-@-will who is only entitled to One week Quit Notice and not 6 months Quit Notice. We have the Supreme Court of Nigeria decided case of :Odutola Vs. Papersack Limited. But if there is a Tenancy Agreement signed by u and ur landlord, the duration of the quit notice to be issued to determine the tenancy contained therein subsists

Doctors in the house, please I need ur help. I ve bin having this swollen spot around my anus. At first, I thought it was pile and I complained to my Doctor friend, he prescribed Daflon 500 mg and Anusol for me. after finishing both the Daflon and the Anusol, I didn't see any improvement. I now felt dat it wasn't pile because my anus didn't and hasn't bin coming out anytime I defecate. I later concluded that it is a boil, and I ve taken 2 sachets of beecham ampiclox, but the swollen spot is still @ d corner of my anus. What else should I do?
