They are presently working on a new OS. But nobody knows if it will go mainstream. Google is a company you should fear. That is the company that should be feared of the most in this century. They are faster that fastest.

As much as I would love to see em participate in the competition, every country has rules governing immigration. Meet those rules and you will be allowed entry. I am certain they didn't meet the rules and this may be in regards to funding as every country knows that if its not Nigeria politicians, fed sponsored, others have a higher chances of absconding or claiming asylum.
